Maryland Terrapins Look to end 3 game skid against Saint Peters

The Maryland Terrapins square off tonight against the Saint Peter’s Peacocks in College Park. The Terps are now coming off a 3 game skid and look to bounce back. After talking to UCLA at home last week in blowout fashion, these Terps can use the game tonight as a hopeful tune up game for the squad.

Tonight, the Terps just need to play their game. They need to stay simple within themselves and do nothing out of the ordinary. This should be a fairly easy game for them tonight, and as previously mentioned that is exactly what they need.

Saint Peters, none for their victorious run last year when it came to March Madness, are nothing close to what they were then. Losing their head coach and multiple transfers to the portal, this Saint Peters squad is not what they were. Sitting at 6-5, they come to college park in hopes of playing spoiler as we have seen many times this year around the NCAA.

Although this should be a gimme game for the Terps tonight, nothing is guaranteed. For them, they should aim to get their game back on track, along with some confidence for the team. Tonight, shooting the ball well should be priority number one after the disaster shooting performance against UCLA. If they could build some confidence from behind the arch and watch some fall, that would be a win within itself.

So, let’s hope the Terps turn it around and are able to walk away tonight with a much needed victory with the Win within itself as well as some moral victories to keep this team afloat. The Terps tip off at 6:30 pm tonight on Big Ten Network.
