John Brown heads to the Bills

The Baltimore Ravens have lost yet another free agent today as Wide Receiver John Brown has signed with the Buffalo Bills.

Brown’s deal is for three years, $27 million dollars, with $11.7M of guarantees and $10.1M guaranteed at signing.

Brown started his career with the Arizona Cardinals where he played four seasons and then signed with the Ravens where he only spent one season.

In his one season with Baltimore he started off hot the first 8 games with Joe Flacco with 31 catches, 586 yards, and 4 touchdowns. Things started to simmer down when Lamar Jackson took over when Brown only tallied 11 catches, 129 yards, and 1 touchdown throughout the final 8 games.

Even though Brown had his ups and downs last season he’s still a deep threat who can stretch the field. With Josh Allen’s cannon and Browns speed I see him putting up better if not similar numbers to when Flacco was his quarterback.
