Joe Flacco Earns Highest Pro Football Focus Quarterback Grade for Week 13
Joe Flacco may have had his best game of the 2017 season this past Sunday against the Detroit Lions. Flacco threw for 269 yards, a pair of touchdowns, and finished with a 105 quarterback rating, as he looked calm, cool, and collected in the Ravens 44-20 victory. Joe was able to survey the field behind the stellar play of the Ravens offensive line, along with a solid rushing attack.

For that reason Joe was named Pro Football Focus’s quarterback of the week, earning a grade of 89.5. If this is a sign of things to come, you will see a lot more of articles like this one. His nickname is not “Cool Joe” for no reason, Flacco always plays better in the latter part of the season, especially come January, so it really is not a surprise that he earned this recognition.

Flacco was so good last week, that he was able to “eat a W” during his postgame press conference. Who did it better Winston or Flacco? I am gonna have to go with Joe.
