For the first time in his career, Kevin Harvick wins three in a row

Kevin Harvick became the first NASCAR Cup driver since 2015 to win three races in a row when he took the checkered flag on Sunday in Phoenix, Arizona. The driver of the number 4 Stewart-Haas Ford driver held off Kyle Busch for his ninth win at Phoenix and fortieth in his NASCAR Cup career. The win was also number 101 in his NASCAR career between the trucks, nationwide and cup career.

As mentioned earlier 2015 was the last time a driver had one three races in a row. The last driver to pull off the three-peat was Joey Logano.

Harvick regained the points lead with the win, moving 12 points ahead of Kyle Busch.
