Fantasy Playoffs well underway, here are the Free Agent Gems
Jamaal Williams – Aaron Jones is out, leaving Williams as “the guy” in Green Bay. Last season he scored five touchdowns in a span of three games. He should be the top waiver claim of the week whether you need a running back or not.
Elijah McGuire- Speaking of running backs with opportunity, look no further then in New Jersey with the Jets. Eli had a combined 21 touches on Saturday and scored a touchdown on one of his 18 rushing attempts.
Kalen Ballage- With Frank Gore out for the season, and Kenyan Drake ineffective, Ballage becomes interesting in the backfield for the Dolphins. Kalen had 123 yards on 12 carries, but one of those carries went for 75 yards and a touchdown. Take a look at Ballage if you cant grab Williams or McGuire.
Mike Williams- In need of a wide receiver? Grab Mike Williams who scored three total touchdowns this past week without Keenan Allen in the game. Williams caught two phenomenal touchdowns and had one rushing attempt for 19 yards, but scored on that attempt. With Allen questionable to go this week Williams could be a nice WR2 or if Allen returns he will be an easy flex option.
Daeshean Hamilton- With Emmanuel Sanders gone for the season with a torn Achilles, Hamilton has stepped up with seven catches in each of the last two games. Yes Hamilton has just 93 yards on those 14 receptions, but in a PPR league the catches are key.
Josh Allen- Need a quarterback? Josh has three rushing touchdowns in his last four games for the Bills. Allen has pretty much been the entire offense for Buffalo. During the last four games, Allen has atleast nine rushing attempts so Buffalo is trying to get him involved in the offense more then just passing the ball.
If you own Todd Gurley you should have John Kelly, if you have Lamar Miller you should be reaching out for Alfred Blue as well.
