College day at training camp
The Maryland Terrapins and Navy Midshipmen had a press conference today to announce that they are playing at the M&T Bank Stadium.
In other news, the Baltimore Ravens had their sixth team practice. It went by with only a minor ankle injury to wide receiver Derrick Mason. He should be fine as it does not look like anything serious.
Wide receiver Justin Harper made some impressive catches today, which he did last year during camp but was never able to have it translate into production on game day.
Offensive tackle Jared Gaither met with the media but I missed most of his interview. Head coach John Harbaugh did not appear happy with the weight loss.
Corner back Fabian Washington was full-go at practice today with no red practice jersey or anything. This is much sooner than even I expected.
Another injured corner back, Lardarius Webb, was jumping on his injured leg.
UPDATE: I got to talk to Derrick Mason alongside a few other reporters; he said it was nothing serious, just an ankle sprain.
