The Wizards started the game with intimidating defense and ended with an high powered offensive attack. The only lead the Timberwolves had was from the first shot of the game to give them a 2-0 lead. The Wizards clearly dominated throughout the entire game and ended up with a 109-95 victory.

Wall was able to lead the Wizards to a perfect 4-0 record over the week and continued to show he is one of the best point guards in the league. The Wizards star player continued to come up during clutch moments to lead his team to impressive victories. Johnny Football embarrasses himself in first career start

I have said all along that the Cleveland Browns starting quarterback,Johnny Manziel aka Johnny “Football” will be one of the biggest busts the NFL has seen. Tons of hype has been thrown at Manziel by ESPN who for some reason made him out to be a football god. Like I predicted Manziel did not even fair average in his first career start. Wizards Rally After Slow Start, Defeat Jazz 93-84

Beal WallThe Washington Wizards simply lacked effort during the first half of play. Following a big team win against the Los Angeles Clippers Friday night, the Wizards felt as if they would be able to roll over a re-building Utah Jazz team. The Jazz were able to contain the Wizards without one of their star players Derrick Favors, who was out with an ankle injury. The Wizards rallied and overcame the Jazz in the second half to earn a 93-84 victory and improve their home record to 12-2.

Defense Leads Wizards to Victory

Bradley BealDefensive dominance is key to being able to win important games. The Los Angeles Clippers entered the Verizon Center with a nine game winning streak and as one of the hottest teams in the league. The Washington Wizards put on a defensive show, never giving the Clippers a lead during the game and causing 18 turnovers. The Wizards strong effort ended the Clippers nine game winning streak with a 104-96 victory.

Beal's Tip In Buzzer-Beater Sinks Magic

The Washington Wizards showed great energy in the fourth quarter to surge past the Orlando Magic with a buzzer beating tip in by Bradley Beal to seal the deal. The Amway Center hosted a great game as both teams went back and forth making clutch shots. Eventually, John Wall put the team on his back leaving it all on the court. Beal was able to pick up what Wall left and lifted the Wizards to a 91-89 buzzer-beating win.

Wizards Blow 23 Point Lead, Edge Celtics in 2OT

The nightmare a tePaul_Pierce_Wizardsam never wants to wake up to…the Washington Wizards ended up blowing a 23 point lead to the Boston Celtics, but still found a way to win. A game everyone thought was over after the third quarter ended up being a classic at the Verizon Center tonight. The Wizards found a way to come through as a team and win 133-132 in 2OT over the Celtics at the Verizon Center.

Wizards Fall Short to the Celtics in Boston

John WallThe former Boston Celtic, Paul Pierce, got yet another standing ovation from the crowd as he returned to TD Garden tonight. Unfortunately, the Boston Celtics crowd was able to enjoy another standing ovation, but this time for their teams performance. The Washington Wizards late fourth quarter surge was not enough to overcome their 101-93 defeat from the Celtics.

College Football Playoff Rankings Rundown

The College Football Playoff Rankings are out, and while the top three positions remain the same, there were some changes in the fourth and fifth spots. Alabama and Oregon remained No. 1 and No. 2, respectively. FSU moved to No.3, but the battle for the No.4 spot still pretty much alive.
