Machado's Walk-Off Home Run Gives Orioles 7-6 Win

The Baltimore Orioles beat the Los Angeles Angels on a walk-off home run by Manny Machado in the bottom half of the 12th inning. The Orioles are now 12-3 in extra-inning games this season and the victory keeps the Orioles lead atop the East Division at 2 ½ games.

While there were plenty of standout minor league players in the Baltimore Orioles organization this past week, Jason Esposito of the Frederick Keys was outstanding. The third baseman went 10 for 26 (.385), with 6 runs, 1 double, 4 HRs, 6 RBIs, and 1 SB in the seven games of the week for Frederick.
