The Washington Capitals, amid a two game losing streak, and having lost 3 of the last 5, get ready to face Pittsburgh. This matchup is likely to have implications of first place in the Metro division. The Caps, are tied for first with Philly, and Pitt sits 3 points out of first.
Caps, have alot to work on and improve. Defense, power play, penalty kill, are just a few of the many things, fans are hoping to see improve.
The one positive that the Caps have going is Alex Ovechkin. He is tied with Boston’s David Pastranak for league lead in goals, at 47.
The Caps, need to get it together soon, as teams that make deep playoff runs, usually get hot around this time. If they don’t then, look for an early first or second round exit.
