Capitals Send Tyler Graovac to Hershey on a Loan, Bears send G Carlson To SC

The Washington Capitals have assigned center Tyler Graovac to the Hershey Bears of the AHL on a long-term conditioning loan.

Tyler Graovac played in three games for the Capitals this season. As a 6’5”, 208-pound center, he suffered an upper body injury on October  seventeenth versus the Toronto Maple Leafs.

The Capitals acquired Graovac in a trade with the Minnesota Wild on June 14, 2017 for a fifth-round draft pick in the 2018 NHL Draft.

 The Hershey Bears also announced today that goaltender Adam Carlson has been re-assigned to the ECHL affiliate, the South Carolina Stingrays. Carlson played in four games with Hershey this season, going 2-2-0 with a 3.03 goals against average.
