Capitals recall Brouillette
The Washington Capitals have announced that they have recalled Julien Brouillette from the Hershey Bears today. The Caps are playing back to back games and could use fresh legs.

ARLINGTON, VA. – The Washington Capitals have recalled defenseman Julien Brouillette from the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League (AHL), vice president and general manager George McPhee announced today.
Brouillette, 27, has played in two games with the Capitals this season, registering two points (one goal, one assist). The 5’11”, 196-pound defenseman recorded his first NHL point with an assist in his NHL debut on Feb. 6 against Winnipeg and scored his first NHL goal, the game-winning goal, on Feb. 8 against New Jersey.
Brouillette played in 36 games with Hershey this season, registering 20 points (10 goals, 10 assists) and 22 penalty minutes. The Saint-Esprit, Que., native ranks first among Bears defensemen in goals this season. Brouillette has recorded 71 points (22 goals, 49 assists) and 103 penalty minutes in 257 career AHL games with Providence, Hartford, Charlotte, Lake Erie and Hershey.
