The Washington Capitals go for their eighth win in nine games tonight as they attempt to give themselves more of a cushion atop of the Metro Division as they visit the New York Rangers for the opener of a home-and-home series. The Capitals, will host the Rangers on Wednesday night at Capital One Arena. Captain Alex Ovechkin leads the league with 44 goals and leads the team with 81 points.
