Brown's fan charged with urinating on Modell's grave

1980-modell-browns crop.jpgThe Cleveland Brown’s fan that urinated on Art Modell’s grave has been identified by police, for the story of what happened to Modell’s grave go here.  Paul S. Serbu a 61 year old from Ohio has been summoned to court and will face a misdemeanor charge.  The max sentence for the charge is a two year jail sentence and a $500 fine.

The charges will likely be lower as are common with most misdemeanor charges.  As for Serbu, his life has now been changed and he will be a most host Browns fans list by most people in Baltimore.  Serbu did something that defaced a grave acting like a 13-year-old punk with no parental supervision.  My opinions about how I felt about the crime is in the first article.

The best Serbu can do is a big apology to the family and friends of Modell.  Serbu’s court date will be on February tenth and no lawyer is listed, go figure.  Hopefully justice comes to Serbu, it is one thing to be a fan but it is another to take things way too far.

Manziel gave the entire FedEx Field crowd the middle finger during just his second preseason game. It must be a problem with the water in Cleveland earlier in the offseason a Browns fan urinated on Art Modell’s grave. […]
