According to PWInsider.com, WWE star Jeff Hardy was arrested on Saturday evening for Driving While Impaired in Cameron County, North Carolina.

According to the Cabarrus County Sherriff’s Office, Jeff Hardy, 40-years old, was arrested at 10:20 PM on March 10th.  Hardy was involved in a motor vehicle accident. He was charged with a DWI and was released later that evening.

The WWE superstar made his return with his brother Matt at Wrestlemania 33 last year. Hardy’s been out of action since September 2017  after having surgery for a torn labrum and a torn rotator cuff. Hardy was scheduled to return to the WWE Performance Center to train for his in ring return later this month.

Hardy’s licence has been revoked for thirty days. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 16th. Below is Jeff Hardy’s mugshot.
