Hammock has done a terrific job the last four seasons despite having limited talent. Each of the last five seasons the Ravens have had different leading backs Justin Forsett, Terrence West, Alex Collins, and Gus Edwards. All these running backs had their best years under Hammock.
The offensive coaching staff has undergone serious change so far this offseason. With Greg Roman taking over Coordinator duties, Marty Mornhinweg moving on, and Bobby Engram moving to tight end coach.
Along with running back, the Ravens will need to find a receiver coach with Bobby Engram moving to TE. With the possibility of adding a passing advisor/coach also being thrown in the mix.
