Austin Voth gets start in Joe Ross’s place against Braves; lineup and update: 9/7/19
The Washington Nationals are set to open the third game against the Atlanta Braves at SunTrust Park tonight. Joe Ross has been scratched for a forearm injury, Austin Voth (1-0, 3.91 ERA) will start against Julio Teheran (9-8, 3.38 ERA). Additionally, Roenis Elias will see a doctor regarding his hamstring injury, which is thought to be similar to the first hamstring injury that took him down earlier this season.
