The Baltimore Ravens have just waived running back  Bobby Rainey and promoted Anthony Allen from their practice squad.  This is a surprise move because it happened right before the kickoff.  I wonder if this is a way to get Rainey on the Ravens practice squad.  Rainey out played Allen in the preseason but Allen is a good runner and has a year more of experience.  Here is the tweet from the Ravens confirming the move.
